The service of the Integrative Health Clinic (IHC) aims to provide comprehensive physical, functional, cognitive and mental health assessment for older adults. Through comprehensive assessments of health and cognitive functions, we work together with clients to identify their health and cognitive problems, if any, and to find ways to manage them. We will make necessary referrals if needed. Our service is offered in collaboration with the Early Detection Service of the Hong Kong Alzheimer’s Disease Association. As the Integrated Health Clinic is university-based, all the assessments and information given are evidence-based.
